A US visa is an official document issued by the US government that allows foreign nationals to enter the United States for a specific purpose, such as tourism, business, study, or work. It is a requirement for most travelers who are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
Processing times vary depending on the visa type, location, and time of year. Some visas are approved instantly after the interview, while others may require additional administrative processing, which can take weeks or months. We recommend applying at least 3-6 months before your intended travel date.
after your interview, you can track your visa status on the CEAC (Consular Electronic Application Center) website using your case number. Our consultancy also provides real-time updates for our clients.
The required documents may vary by visa type, but in general, you will need: A valid passport (with at least six months’ validity beyond your travel date).
The DS-160 confirmation page.
A visa appointment confirmation letter.
Visa fee payment receipt.
A passport-size photograph meeting US visa requirements.
